Medical Travel Shield Australia is a product provided by ATC Insurance Solutions Pty Ltd (ATC) on behalf of certain underwriters at Lloyd’s. ATC was incorporated in 2008 and is an independently owned Australian company who specialises in a number of different insurance products. We have offices in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

ATC is a Lloyd’s coverholder and therefore offers the security, flexibility and experience of the world’s specialist and insurance and reinsurance market. Lloyd’s is the world’s specialist insurance market providing insurance services in over 200 countries and territories including Australia. The market has been in operation for over 325 years and is based in the city of London.

Lloyd’s currently enjoys an A+ rating from Standard & Poor’s, AA- from Fitch and A from A.M. Best.

ATC subscribes to the General Insurance Code of Practice.
